I wonder if that means exclusive rights on all the Air Jordan stuff to 2K. I remember seeing the Air Jordan logo in Live 10 too, not to mention all the shoes...
If 2K could get the AJ exclusively, it would be nasty and yet great marketing.

He's the best ever.. this is awesome to see him on a front cover of a current gen bball videogame. I was fortunate enough to have seen Jordan play at the stadium many times and i also witnessed a last second shot by jordan that won a playoff game which i was there on the 8th row, its something i will never forget..it was simply magical. I live near chicago so im so stoked to see him on the cover of 2k. Man everyone in here were very lucky to live this generation while the best basketball player in history played out his career..

True.. some young guys have no clue about the godlike ability of Jordan, im a big Kobe and Lebron fan, but MJ is the greatest that has ever played, past and present. This is huge for 2K to have him in the game, people crying about why Lebron or someone else on the cover should learn to bow before the greatness of Jordan and learn there basketball history.

I think it has to do with the fact that, if they believe MJ's the best ever then it invalidates their generation and robs them of greatness. I think it's more about subconscious delusion as it is anything else. They want to have their OWN Jordan, even if it means making him up.

The only people who witnessed MJ during his career and DON'T think he's the greatest are some Laker fans and bitter haters (Utah/NY fans etc.).

Some of these young cats have no clue about the great players before Jordan.(Wilt, Oscar, Russell, Kareem, etc.). For me, Wilt will always be the GOAT.

Actually, I hear some say "Kobe may be the greatest player OTHER THAN Michael Jordan".
Meaning...another level. If they're on the same level commentators would say "Kobe is the greatest ALONG with Michael Jordan".

And by the way, not all commentators even put Kobe in that Elite group. I still hear some say that Magic is the greatest.

Yeah Jordan is the best ever and this is a real big deal...anybody that thinks why is Jordan on the cover he hasnt played in so many years dont know the stay power if MJ. As seen on here many people have wanted his likeness in a game for a long time and now they will be able to again.
Some of you may have seen this also...cant remember where but I saw an article that talked about Jordan helping in developing the game..as far as him and making sure his jump shot is on point down to where his elbow his during his shot.
