Do you think the user controlled celebrations will be like Fifa?? Fifa has the best user controlled celebrations.

Ideally, it should be based on the FIFA celebration systems. I'm just excited at the demise of the lame goal celebrations where the guy simply stands in place.

I really like all the things they added, but yep it is time for the 5 man hug. It is so much apart of hockey. So they need to have it.

You get a lot of options and full control over what celebrations you can do.

There's literally pages of celebrations you can do. It's just a nice touch and lets you express some joy after you score.

I cannot wait for this new faceoff system. I'm a legend center in OTP (won over 61% of my draws) so I cannot wait for this!!!

I'm an OTP center as well, so I was particularly enthused when Littman did his show & tell opening presentation. I believe I'll be able to talk about it in more detail in the near future...

Actually I believe the embargo has recently been lifted for faceoffs and dekes. Although you probably have more details than I do.

Actually I believe the embargo has recently been lifted for faceoffs and dekes. Although you probably have more details than I do.

In fact I did receive an email from Alain today:

(Now) - NHL Slapshot – First look: gameplay & stick impressions (no Game Modes yet)

(Tomorrow: Tuesday) – NHL 11 – Hands-on: Physics, face-offs, broken sticks, new dekes

So I will be discussing said items. My time will be scarce tonight, but I should have some time at work tomorrow. I need to get a formal post or two together to be featured on the OS front page, but I should be able to answer a few questions here & there in the meantime.

I'll put up a Q&A thread to make it easier on myself.
