im playing rtts and i made a pitcher and i put all my starting 500 points into my fastball velocity. It says i should be throwing 95 but i constantly am throwing 88 touching 90 when i am lucky. I read a thing saying that certain pitches lower the 4 seam fastball velocity these being the curve,change-up, palm ball and knuckle. So i got a circle change and a slurve instead. but i still cant hit the velocity i should be, why is this?

Circle-Change. Almost identical to the changeup.

You have to have the velocity of the other pitches within 10 points of your fastball in order for the velocity to go up. The closer the better.Comment
