MrFranchise's Bryce Harper CAP

Can anybody tell me the formula for Bryce Harper's CAP. I have looked and looked and can not find this anywhere. MrFranchise's is the best I have seen. MrFranchise or anybody else help would be great.

It's not bad at all, but Berenjena's looks like a scan. The eyes and eyebrows on Mr. Franchise's look like they need a little tweaking.

If you want the CAP it's under the roster "IMPLICATIONS" on the vault. I don't really know how to post formulas.

Oh, I agree but at least Strasburg has a debut to go on now. This kid hasn't even made it to the majors and there's is no guarantee that he will. I know, the odds are very in his favor of that but as the old saying goes, there is no such thing as a sure thing prospect.

I found it on the roster file HKKHKKHKK and it was June 4 around 156 or after
