I think this page will help for the next two teams. just seems to be all PC even though showing different to slightly different offensive styles. I think SMU may not show up but but a LSU vs. VT or TCU etc. matchup could show up

An interesting nugget from the guys over at The Gaming Tailgate:
Below are the teams that will be in the NCAA Football 11 demo this Monday. Additionaly their respective offensive styles are listed. The difference in no huddle and no huddle-agreessive is the agressive will run no huddle most of the game, non-aggressive will run it situationally.
Miami - Pro Style
vs
Ohio State - Multiple
Florida - Spread
vs
Florida State - Multiple
Missouri - Spread - No Huddle - Aggressive
vs
Clemson - Spread - No Huddle

I guess Penn St vs Alabama will be a one also. Looks like they are doing some matchups that are happening this year.RMG:R3AL M3N OF G3NIUS League Member

I was going off a previous poster who claimed Houston runs the run&shoot.
And for the record, the difference between R&S and Air Raid is a very fine line. It's an apples and oranges situation.
You can call yourself an Air Raid offense, but if you can't throw the ball down field and teams pressure you a lot, you become a Run and Shoot. Also, R&S offenses use motion more often, but that doesn't mean Air Raid can't use motion as well.
The point I made about Northwestern being a R&S isn't something that would fly conceptually on paper, but the fact of the matter is that NWstern throws short quick passes.
Also, West Coast offenses throw lots of short passes, so there isn't one style of offense that does everything while others don't.
I think one thing everyone needs to remember this year as that there aren't actually 120 different offenses. And each style has a lot in common with other styles. When you start throwing labels out you run a slippery slope.Comment
