I play online a lot but, I feel like they're phasing out any offline modes and that truly makes me sad I enjoy offline dynasties way too much for it to be a thing of the past.

Also are we able to do offseason tasks via the site? That's the only thing I'm really interested in if not its a half baked scheme to me cause that's the only real time OD's slow up and this would be extremely advantageous.

how can there be "cheese" if you play by yourself? he stated that you can play online dynasty by yourself(no other humans, all CPU teams) and get all the dynasty web based stuff.

I think that this just confirmation that EA is going to charge second hand users for online content. It's just like the teambuilder codes.

Also, if he really feels that way, then why did they take the time to program in conference patch/logo changes or even speak about it early on?

This is awesome and it's great that you can play your offline dynasty as an "online" dynasty and get all of the same features. My only concern about this is the fact that in '10 I'm 95% certain that you can only commish 1 OD. If this is the same with '11, then you can't commisn an OD and then do an online "offline" dyansty too, or you can't do 2 offline dynasties "online."

If not, it will still be an offline dynasty for me. If so, that will be great!

I don't understand your point you can still make conference swaps in online dynasty right? so dynamic logos are useful for both modes.

Can you? I wasn't clear on that or whether or not coaching changes/offers and conference invites will occur online. Was there confirmation on this somewhere? I don't mean swapping conferences before the season. I mean moving to a new conference via an invite later in dynasty. Small Mac school moves to the Big Ten, etc.

no there hasn't been confirmation on that, but regardless of that the feature is still useful for both offline and online because whenever you switch conferences your field logos will update.

Well, well, well, the Madden/ NCAA purchase has just got a little stickier for me. They're neck and neck right now(I never own both at the same time). I guess E3 will be make or break for one of these. I must say, I absolutely looooooove this. In my OD, as well as a few others, we were already doing write ups on our games so the storylines addition will be great. In fact, it all will be great!!

The only thing I'm concerned about are the glitches. OD has been filled with glitches the last few years and I don't see how they can get better now. I can see it now, somebody does their recruiting on the cpu while everyone else did theirs on the console and when the commish advances, the user on the cpu doesn't get credit for his recruiting. I'm telling you I see it coming. Still though, I'll give EA the benefit of the doubt right now. Everything I just read SOUNDED awesome. Hopefully everything will be implemented without any glitches......but I wouldn't bet my life on it lol.
