For all of you without Facebook, here are instructions straight from EA's Facebook Page:

For those of you asking, here is info about how to share the demo:


There’s an option in the demo menu called “share with a friend”, selecting this brings up a pop-up that allows you to select anyone in your friends list. Select who you want to send the message to and a prepopulated message will appear using the XBL/Sony messaging system. Then all you need to do is send that message to get your uniforms unlocked.

You do need to be connected online to share the demo.

You only need to share the demo once to get all 3 uniforms.

and just for clarification, you have to play each of the other 4 demo games at least once to unlock each one of those Pro-Combat Unis.

Just another note:

The game plays are tied to your PSN/GT account or EA account(the one that is link to your PSN/GT) so you don't have to waste hd space and can delete the demo and not worry about losing your jerseys. If that makes sense.

well yes I'm mad about that, but it is pretty stupid you havve to play only certain matchups... then again it is more than usual (although USUALLY we get the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME)
