Also, when the hell are they going to fix the sound effects? Before the game, the crowd and the sound inside the tunnel are great... but when you step on the field it's a completely different story. The hits sound nothing like they would on the field. Sometimes the crowd sounds like it's right next to you, and then the next minute they sound like they are actually in a stadium. The other team's return man just took a knee in the endzone, and I could hear his knee hit the ground like it was happening right next to me...

Really, the best sound effects on the field is the PA announcer.

A couple of questions

1) How are your AI controlled DL's playing?

Do we still see the patty-cake hand fighting, or are they getting after it in the trenches?


2) Can you user control a DE/DT, and have a effect on the game?

--Can you shed blocks,not be vaccumed into a blocker when you have them beat, and make plays?

3) The yellow zone robber and hook zone defenders

--are they closing aggresively, and covering the underneath slants and drags..or is the slot reciever still open 7/11, forcing us to have to manually play as a yellow zone defender, in order to take this away.

4) AI QB. Robo? Or does he play more like a real QB, reading the field.

That's good. Yea I have no idea how it happened. The odd thing was that all of the kicks were recovered by the same player at the exact same spot on the field. It was like it was the same onside kick 3 times in a row.

Ok so the presentation is great. I was wowed! I just played my first game - OSU vs Miami, and I was the Buckeyes. I won 14-7 after Jacory Harris threw a pick to my CB. I then lofted the ball to WR #8 who had blown past a Miami CB. One thing I like is that when you go to the playcalling screen and go to field goal, the game tells you how long the attempt will be. The presentation is very nice. Gameplay is good too but I feel like my players were gliding across the field.

the demo isnt saving every play like retail so the only saved play is the last one you did

That is weird because on one of cpu onside kicks i was still in regular kickrecovery and still got it

I think I was the first to download the demo. Literally. I started my download at 6:03 before leaving for workouts. Just got home though, so it means nothing if I was lol. I think I may have been the first to rate the game too. I feel so accomplished!

Now what am I waiting for, I need to go beat OSU.

Dam you NCAA for making me hungry for Reeses Peanut Butter cups.

I've played six games and it's making me crazy already. It's like Madden's "play like a chompion" last year.

But you're right, I'm craving a Reeses right now.

Ok, enough with the PB Cups. As I stated before I've played six games and have to say I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. I just have to get used to the speed, it's so damn fast. TP for OSU is mega fast and will be abused online in a big way, omg. I'm a Buckeyes fan so it's all good to me.

Locomotion alone makes this game so much better than 10. I'm seeing players having to slow or completely stop to make cuts and change directions. It's making an incredible difference in how the game plays.

Camera angle is much different than last two years. More pulled back.

I'm really looking forward to getting a lot of time with it tonight.

Sweet on the camera angle! Can't wait to play it tonight on the PS3.
