No it is not. Rosters are still the same, and it still says NCAA Football 10 at the bottom of the page. They will not let it go live without announcing it first. If they update it, it will probably go live of not later tonight when they I guess are doing something at E3 then when the game hits the shelves.

They have Minnesota's new stadium in, all the Nike Pro Combats and other alternate uni's like Ok. State's black... Also, they have chest text now, but for some reason it isn't working yet...

Well now we know why NCAA10 teams carry over and why they've been so quiet about TB in general; there's virtually zero changes outside of stadium and uniform updates.

yup, looks like they at least updated the stadium pictures and uniforms.

Rice, San Jose State, Western Kentucky, Minnesota, Miami(OH), and Kent State all have their stadiums now. so no team has a generic stadium.

Akron's wasn't even listed however, must be something that'll need fixing for the site. good thing the site can be updated.

Dallas Cowboys stadium is in and set for the Cotton Bowl and Big 12 Championship. doesn't appear to be any new neutral site games based on the provided stadiums.

The first font (college) isn't working, the other two are.

EDIT: Scratch that, the first font shows on existing teams, just not new ones; at least that's what I've figured out so far.

Then why are the rosters not updated yet? It seems weird that they would make the site live with last years rosters.

Based on what I saw and what others have seen, the rosters have changed. Click the link I provided above instead of going to a TB you have bookmarked... if that's what you're doing.

UW's roster is updated, Jake Locker and Chris Polk are the highest rated players on the team.

They have multiple #s in on the rosters... Just seen #8 RB and #8 safety on Fresno State roster

I kinda like it...played with the text box a bit...looked over rosters. They arent that bad about where i thought rankings would be...Except Steven Threet lol overall 59..yet hes fighting for the starting job Ph well thats what editing is for hehe.
