I agree. Its interesting to see that screen play, I've never liked the way NCAA ran it, but it does seem a bit better. It just seems the level of awareness (defensively) is lacking. If man to man is called, that screen is going to work wonders. Its my hope the DL will eventually be able to pick up the read and not have 4 guys blitzing an unblocked QB. Hopefully all of that makes sense.

Bequette as our impact player??? Kind of a dark horse pick imo. Not saying we have solid playmakers on D (or good defense for that matter) but i would've certainly put money down on Franklin. Oh well it'll be nice to have the extra impact on the D Line.

Bequette should be an impact player. Arkansas had a dominant d-line last year with Sheppard, Beqeutte, and Wright. I would've picked Franklin too but finally NCAA is doing good with Arkansas. I don't care bout the uniforms. I miss the old-style Nutt-era ones those we're sharp and old-school. The new ones are like most new ones they're borderline of gay and awesome. No offense to Mallett but a QB isn't supposed to look good in a uni they're meant to take hits with those flaks and make plays. So as long as everybody's looking at Mallett to throw the ball or snap it so we're only looking at these things on replays.
