Nets look bad still. It's doubtful, but I wish there were net mods available.

Gameplay looks interesting, could be fun - we'll see ...

Just curious, but what about them looks bad? I always thought that PES had the better net physics. (not that we need to argue over something as trivial)

That was an impressive trailer and I love the sound of the new passing system. If manual passing and less rigid player movement are the real deal, I'm back on board. Hopefully the online aspect is improved -- how was lag with 10? -- online ML could huge. Can you imagine how much fun we could have with that if it truly is a full master league we can do online with friends?

Since the move to nex-gen, the Net physics came into question, especially in 2009, where the ball rebounding off of the net would result in some messed up physics (low shot into corner of net, results in ball popping up, etc).

If you watch any EPL matches, you see the "box" style nets - where the depth isn't so "deep".

Anyway, you're right - something trivial, but at the same time - it's the little things that count. I think with as many complaints on Evo_web about the net physics, it would have been nice to have the PES team acknolwedge at least.

Eitherway, impressive demo - gameplay looks interesting. I'm not holding my breath, but after 2010, who could blame me.

This all looks fantastic. PES has been crying out for this since about 2007, so its fantastic to see such fundamental changes to the core formula.

I'm a big fan of FIFA but as good as its become, its never really captured my imagination the way PES 5 & 6 did. I feel that its probably because of the FIFA team's lack of drive to improve manager mode. And the fact that it still feels unresponsive to me when it really matters on the pitch. A goal mouth scramble in PES is still an incredibly exciting prospect, where as in FIFA its just frustrating because you usually don't manage to get a shot off due to the response times, improved as they are.

I played PES 2010 for a couple of months and had a good time but the CPU AI killed it for me in the end. The way they would just play 'keep ball' even when trailing, sapped my enthusiasm for what was probably the best PES I'd seen in years.

These new trailers have me itching to buy it again though as we are still months from release...And you guys know how addicting this series can be when you are fully immersed into a Master League. Its like crack..
