Why does Nick Collins only have 89 speed still? He ran a 4.3some 40. Thats faster than Taylor Mays, Eric Berry, Percy Harvin, and the list goes on. Im not asking for 97 speed but can we give the dude 92 speed. Jesus thats fair enough.

Exact same ratings as last roster update for Madden 10, with exception of Haynesworth, amazing EA!

Did something crazy happen in the offseason that everyone should be re-rated?

actually Taylor Mays was clocked wrong at the combine...
and is unofficial time was 4.24

you can see he ran a 4.3 or slightingly lower...

Ya, their stats are close, but Willis had a better season last year to give him a 3 point higher rating over Beason. Beason only beat Willis in 2 categories last season, int return yards and int return yard average, both of which don't matter. Willis also has better career stats, enough to give him a 3 point higher rating than Beason.

1 - Nick Collins is one of the fastest players in the NFL, and has 89 speed. Great job EA.

2 - I love Jermichael Finley, but how the hell does he have 85 speed? Speed is not his game! He's all about elite body control. EA just sees a receiving TE and assumes he's really fast. Shows how much they know about football.

man lets forget stats for a sec.....watching Patrick Willis play since he first became a 9er, I don't ever remember him taking a horrible angle to the ball carrier....where as I distinctively remember Beason taking wrong angles in that Primetime game against the Giants last year (or was it 2 years ago)....the one where Giants ran all over Carolina.

doesn't mean Beason is just an above average player...no he deserves his due.......but...imo...its just that from what I've seen, Willis should be considered the better player in videogames and in real life.

I think that the reason Roethlisberger is not rated is because he will likely have to be added via roster update since he won't be on the NFL rosters for at least the first 4 weeks.
