Tony Dorsett
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWqeb9xY3RU
http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/s...onyDorsett.jpg
Dorsett's record with the Panthers was legendary. He was named to an All-America team as a freshman and again as a junior and senior. Playing under Coach Johnny Majors, Dorsett became the first college back to run for 1,000 or more yards four seasons and the first to gain more than 1,500 yards three years. He established an all-time NCAA record of 6,082 yards. His best season as a senior saw him running for 1,948 yards and 21 touchdowns.

Chris Doleman
He was a star linebacker and defensive end for the Pitt Panthers from 1982 to 1984. He ended his career at Pitt with 25 sacks which was good for third all-time at the time of his departure. That total still ranks sixth in Pitt annals.

Hugh Green
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/vau...3/33/index.htm
A three-time All American and a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, Green is the most dominant defensive player in college football history. He was only 6-2 and 220 pounds, but was so quick and agile, opposing tackles rarely had a solution to the pass-rushing phenom. Green finished his brilliant Panther career with 441 tackles, 53 sacks.
