Shannon Sharpe
anybody regularly use this guy? i have just started to use him lately, i never used to give tight ends above bronze a second look, but man is this guy dominant!!!! it takes a while to set up a playbook and go through all the subs you need to use him properly but you can move him all over the field and he is UNSTOPPABLE! i use him in tandem with eric green who is a GREAT blocking TE and that gives me the freedom to put sharpe wherever i want him, he can get open anywhere on the field against whatever coverage and always makes big plays

Re: Shannon Sharpe
Shannon Sharpe is a beast, as is Ditka.
I like Stabler, but I'm not a big fan of lefty QBs, especially since I have a tendency to go to the right when I need to scramble -
Re: Shannon Sharpe
i wish this was like the madden forums, i'd have 50+ posts by now... i'm having to adjust to stabler as well but he's been deadly accurate for me so farComment

Re: Shannon Sharpe
Yeah, Sharpe can be unstoppable at times in this game. Even double and triple teams won't slow him down. I still like Ditka b/c of his blocking ... or for an economy pick, Eric Green.
Snake is awesome @ QB. Using him right now.Currently Playing:

Re: Shannon Sharpe
I've been using Matt Snell lately. Guy is a definite workhorse and has decent speed, too. My all-time favorite back in this game is Hornung, though. He's so versatile; he can literally play 3-5 positions and is good at all of them. He has good speed, hands and a great truck move.Currently Playing:

Re: Shannon Sharpe
i am using sharpe and eric green in tandem right now which is perfect because i can put Sharpe out wide in a regular i-form n i can move shannon around the slot or TE-Flex situations... i can even put eric green at fullback when i don't have a place for him on the LOS. they're just a great combinationComment

Re: Shannon Sharpe
Yes, I found a 2nd TE works better in so many different facets just like you mentioned. Get one receiving TE & one balanced/mauler. The receiver TE can be used in the slot while the mauler can be used as the FB and it gives you much more flexibility with the offense.
Hmm, i may fire up ol' APF soon, not many people to play on the BB forums. I wonder if there are any leagues?Comment
