My HS uses pride stickers. We have offensive, defensive, and special teams goals for every game (the goals stay the same for the entire season). If we achieve at least half of our goals for offense in the game, everybody who played at least a snap on offense gets a sticker. Same goes for defense and special teams so the most you can get in one game at my school is 3. College may do it different but that's how we do it.
