Re: NCAA Football 11 Blog: New Stadiums

I like they finally updated Rutgers, but that scoreboard is pathetic, using logos that we haven't used since 2001. It's like they decided to randomly make a new scoreboard, not the one that has been complete for over a year. I mean Houston's looks like a 100% accurate representation, and then the RU ugh it's a mess.

All they need to do to Ole Miss' stadium is put the new Field Turf in and put our Ribbon Boards in. Maybe they'll do that next year.

Haha if you look at Houston's new scoreboard, for the "Ring of Honor" type thing, Andre Ware's says 11 Quarter Back, and the rest are like that too. I know they can't put names in, but it's just really funny seeing it like that.

            Thanks Solid (as usual).

Loving The Swamp additions! A LOT of new additions which is great. So many stadiums received upgrades.

Yet another area where EA came strong this year. Good stuff.

That's actually an upgrade from previous versions (check out the signs directly under the scoreboard):

At least now UH fans can see those jersey #'s and know that Andre Ware and Wilson Whitley (Heisman and Lombardi Award winners respectively) are at least kinda, sorta "in the game".

I'm looking forward to it too, but I am disappointed that U-Dub's gold endzones did not make it into the game, especially when I know a handful of people posted about the changes in the stadium updates thread.

Oh well, not a real big deal... Everything else looks great.

Err, link won't work here at work. For those that checked the blog up, any updates for Baylor?

BU was represented on that twitter (facebook?) vid we saw a week or so ago, but I am not familiar enough with Floyd Casey Stadium to know what if anything was new for this year.

In practice mode, are teams still in game uni's? The practice field is awesome. And im not sure if i have ever seen EA Sports on any of these school's scoreboard/jumbotron

Most of those HD Boards shrink the screen down during game and have stats/score board/ads....Minus replays....does the screen not shrink down?
