If I was Miami, I would get at TMac hard as an important bench player.
I would not mind Shaq and Tmac in LA. I have a feeling the Phil would find a way to get more out of Shaq than anyone else has been able to.

yeah, even Shaq to just clog the middle and let Bosh play the 4 if for nothing else.

Shaq has no problem jumping on the bandwagon.

Ugh, a guy like that would grind the team to a halt. Their advantage will be their freaky speed and athleticism and general length/size on defense (aside from the 4 and 5 spots). They need someone more in the Brad Miller vein who can run if needed, Big Z is like the slowest human on the planet.

Yeah Big Z is an unrestricted free agent. Altimus updated the first page with all of the free agents and Kully did some nice updates too.

I'm not sure Big Z has anything left, outside of 10 minutes per game.

Dunno if Big Z would leave. I have a feeling that Cleveland will do much better than people think.

Record wise? Or as far as signing another star?

I wonder what CLE does though honestly. They tried to build their team completely around James, which is obviously the logical thing.

Now that their King has left, do they blow the entire thing or try to win with what they have because they're scorned?

Record wise. Cleveland's defense was good, but the offense was very unimaginative.

Free Agents: I have no clue. It really depends on how much cap room they have. Anyone know a website that is keeping up with the team salary situations?

I think they're forced to play it out for at least this year and see what the CBA looks like next year.

                              Mike Miller to the Heat...

"The Michael Beasley Era is ending as a grand new one is about to be unveiled for the Miami Heat.

In the wake of Thursday's addition of Cleveland Cavaliers free-agent forward LeBron James, and amid the need to clear additional cap space, the Heat late Thursday night traded Beasley, the No. 2 overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, to the Minnesota Timberwolves for a 2011 second-round draft choice, plus a future swap of first-round picks.

The Heat then turned around and reportedly utilized that $4.9 million in gained cap space on Washington Wizards free-agent swingman Mike Miller, who had a standing five-year, $30 million offer on the table from the Heat. Radio station KSFY in Miller's native South Dakota reported the deal early Friday morning.

The New York Knicks and Los Angeles Clippers also had offers on the table for Miller, with the Clippers' package worth significantly more than the Heat package."

Thank you. It looks like the Heat now has a Shooter/Scorer off the bench. Miller can spread the floor and basically give them depth at the Shooting Guard, Small forward, and occasionally some point guard with a larger lineup.

Now all they need is a couple good bigs to take pressure off Bosh.
