dunno about gamestop but i've never had a problem walking into best buy or target and picking this up on day 1.

The only reason I've ever pre-ordered a game is because either A) there is some sort of bonus (extra tokens, a magazine/guide, etc) of some sort, or B) there is a trade-in bonus. You won't have a problem getting the game at a big box store day of.

i would say most likely yes, they get all pre-oredered games shipped along with the regular shipment for release, should be there the 13th.

well, best buy and Target is kinda too far from my house but Gamestop live too close to my house like drive there about 10 minutes

This is a must buy game like Modern Warfare 2 that has people lined up fighting to get a copy. There will be a ton of stock on hand at any store you go to.

As far as ive seen, theres really no preorder bonus worth wild so i didnt preorder this year but i have no doubt the gamestop down the road will have plenty of copies to sell. Everytime i preorder, the place ends up having tons of copies anyway.

Getting at midnight release would mostly not happen. Midnight release is for people who reserve it. But you can still get day one copy once the store opens during the regular hours. It's better just to go ahead and reserve now if you want it at midnight release.
