Some quick questions regarding these roster files:

1) Can someone further explain the files that are Franchise files a bit? Not sure what it means besides a pre-created roster file loaded up on a franchise mode.

2) Do these Franchise files come with Draft classes?
I hate how the in-game drafts have players with odd ratings (high Speed no Agility, etc) or they have mismatched equipment (different shoes, one glove, one elbow pad, etc).

3) Is there a way to create Draft classes ourselves or to modify them outside of in-game using the editors?
I noticed on NFL2k5rosters.com they have sections for faces, equipment, etc so I was wondering if these guides are set up for making these kinds of changes.
