    Any word on 1st day patch?

    Just wonderin i know there was speculation surrounding this

      I read on the OS forum that there is already a patch out that installs when you first put in the game.

      It was not mentioned what was in the patch.

          it's not unusual for games to have a day one patch. can't see why there wouldn't be one.

                          They should patch the play action glitch first day.

                          It is hilarious when it happens but you'll feel like you cheated a sack off the CPU.

                                  That play action glitch where the QB is stuck in a running animation back 30 yards or for a safety NEEDS to be fixed on DAY ONE.

                                  Is it funny? Yes.

                                  Is it GAMEBREAKING? Yes!

                                      You guys realize you can break out of the QB running backwards animation simply by hitting a button right? It needs fixed but there is no need for people to be taking sacks for safeties and it's most certainly not a gamebreaker. I had it happen last night and I pressed a button and threw the ball away out of bounds. Annoying and it cost me a down, and 100% needs fixed but it isn't a gamebreaker by any means.

                                          Oh and theg ame does install a patch right when you start it up. Mine did on Thursday when I got it.

                                              Care to tell us WHAT button?

                                              And this could be a gamebreaker because the cpu doesn't break out of it and it could completely ruin a very close game.

                                                          Yeah, the patch was SUPPOSED to fix it though according to EA..but it did NOT fix it.

                                                          Whammer - for me I hit the A button on the 360 controller and it breaks out of the animation.
