Nope only online dynasty's, you can start an online dynasty by yourself tho and use the dynasty wire like that.

I haven't seen the list this year, but last year the majority of achievements required to be achieved in an offline dynasty.

Online dynasty isn't a copy of offline dynasty? I thought it was Madden that had the reduced franchise in online play, not NCAA.

Not quite sure why you need a wire in offline dynasty. Were you planning on writing stories to read by yourself? It's not like the CPU writes dyn wire stories.

The point of dyn wire is to share stories with friends, trash talk, and show off highlights. Unless you are running an offline dyn with buddies, there's no point to the wire.

I thought dynasty wire was just a way to show off your dynasty(single player or multiple player).
