MBash721 - I'm the same way, I prefer to use OSU, but with that being said if the other guy is using a team like Middle Tennessee State I will switch to a team of about that ranking. I don't feel any "guilt" using OSU usually because the other guy is Florida or someone.

Here's an idea - wouldn't it be nice if they made it so ranked games the home team chose first and the visiting team had to choose someone within a decent range talent-wise of the home team? We'd see so many more teams that way I think.
