I have noticed they seem to lag a little more on the ps3 and when looking through recruits to look at te next recruits ratings u have to go back to the list then click on the next guy. On 360 u just flick the right stick down and it goes to the next guy. This makes a big
difference for me because I look for certain attributes at differnt positions (I run mostly man coverage). It makes it a lot faster to find guys with high ratings in the attributes I care about. I don't know if it could be implemented this year but it would be helpfful
