    WR DROPS

Is anyone else having a problem with a ton of drops by receivers. Even if they are wide open they drop the DAM PASS!!!

    Re: WR DROPS

I just got done playing my first game and I LOVE IT, but I did notice dropped balls to a completely wide open WR's. It hurt my once and helped me the other time. Oh well it happens in the real world.

Yes, but I'd rather more drops, than them catching passes when they get lit up like the previous years.

Simple fix, raise the WR catch slider.

I've think the number of drops is good, WR drop passes all the time, even when wide open. If you don't like the number drops, just click up the catch slider.

I had a lot of drops in the game I played today, but that was pretty realistic among UT receivers not named jordan shipley last year anyways

I haven't had much problem with that, but I did have one pass hit my receiver square in the facemask.

I noticed alot of drops too my first few games, but as someone here said already, it was due to my gameplan settings. I had both that deal with WRs set to aggressive, which should lead to more drops. I left those things alone my last two games and it seems better now. Of course, also as mentioned, sliders should take care of that problem as well.

I've only played 4 games, but the only drops I've had have been when my receiver has been clocked as soon as he touches the ball. I always set my catching to conservative in the game plan, so I'm sure that helps.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Well WRs in real life football is going to drop passes when they are open. It happens. I don't mind it. I guess it goes according to the players awareness ratings I guess. But to me it ain't that big of a problem. It feels real enough to me like it would in real life football.
