rosters in dynasty mode

i downloaded rosters for ps3 and i want to use them in dynasty mode. i load the rosters before starting dynasty, then go to team management and make sure theyre loaded. once i see theyre loaded i start dynasty. but when i go to depth chart in dynasty it is just numbers and no names. am i doing something wrong?

set the auto generate names to "yes" before the dynasty loads.

That's what I thought, but it worked for me. Maybe it just means that it will generate names for recruits.

The only thing I can think of is that the rosters aren't named, or you loaded the wrong rosters.

Check the rosters you downloaded to make sure they are correct and whatnot. They also might not have the team you were playing with named, if you just checked those and not any other teams.

I had the same issue. I would load them, start the dynasty with the auto name off and everytime it wouldn't work. So, I deleted the roster file, downloaded it again and since then it has worked. It also may be backwards, where you need auto-name on. It doesn't make sense but EA is famous for its bugs.
