    Patch Number 2

Does anyone know if EA is already starting to gather info for a second patch? We all know it takes a month for it to be released and the later it goes, That will run into a Madden time.. This game is 90 times better than last year, but their are some holes that need to be fixed

Outside of the well know PA glitch....What are some of your potential suggested fixes?

Mine would be the PA glitch and patch the dirty uniforms being absent(if thats even possible).

I would simply love an option to TURN OFF PLAYER NAMES after the snap....the labels get in the way of the action and ruin the sense of watching a real game

Tweak the passing a bit to add more variety and ball wobble at times

Oh and of course a broadcast CAM would be great

Running backs always turning towards the middle of the field instead of breaking out to the sidelines when they have room is the biggest glitch so far.

Tiburon needs to fix the penalty sliders. I am getting the feeling there are too many intercepted option pitches. DE still stand still a little too long when in the spy position. Shouldn't the read and react be a little quicker?
Other than those piddly comments I don't have much more to request. Nice job, guys.

CPU running with both arms around the ball in the open field.

DE off the LOS takes a bad angle to the qb when he is not blocked. He goes straight 5yrds and then stops to make a turn to the qb. and Deep zone coverage on a scramble. when the receivers come back to the ball the guy in zone will stay deep. Not play the man in the zone or the deepest man.

I'm actually really loving how well the option is implemented. I don't think there is anything wrong with penalizing you for pitching the ball in traffic. I've had one intercepted pitch, and that when I panicked and tried to pitch it instead of just taking the hit.

I'd like to see if people could maybe learn to adapt to it instead of just changing it so soon.

This is my biggest glitch problem.

                          Re: Patch Number 2

My list of things to fix would be:

1). Penalty sliders and Offsides to be specific: Right now, penalties are close but slightly broken. It is impossible to pull either the CPU or player controlled players offsides. The sliders are also hit and miss as if you put holding up to 55, it may call holding all day long but if Defensive pass interference is at 100, you will still rarely see a call. I do not want to see a realistic representation of this as it is called way too often in real life but man, at least once a game or so.

2). Running back running logic is slightly broken. I have not seen some of the extreme examples that some people have but the CPU AI has a tendency to want to cut inside, even if it is more beneficial for them to hit the sidelines outside. This causes problems in the running game and is probably the reason the option is not run as well as it could be. Fix this and CPU running would be perfect. As of now, this is my biggest issue.

3). Fix the schedules. Really, it is kind of inexcusable when the schedules are wrong and some conferences don't rotate home/away games until season three. This is a current gen legacy issue that should have been taken care of at year one of this gen. NCAA 06 didn't have this problem, what is the hold-up?

Otherwise, this is the best of the current gen. It just baffles me how they get some little things wrong.

I would like to be able to have the ability to see what Audibles are available without having the R3 help bar at the bottom of the screen.

Defensive linemen tipping passes is on the top of my list, because its happened so often to me. Too many tips, way too many. 3 in one half? All attempted passes to a wide open WR? I don't buy it. That's bull.
