First I just want to make clear that this is the community roster file made by the fine people here @ OS who took their time to name and reorder the rosters in NCAA 11. I take no credit whatsoever in this, just wanted to help those who don't have access to live, and do so with Bighouse's blessing.
This is to be used with a flash drive. Instructions on how to do it can be found below in this post that I'm quoting.
The program you need is here. FYI, when you 1st use it, it will ask you to update the program, do so.
Last but not least, here is the link for the file:

You need winrar to open. once you copy the files over, you'll notice that one of the files is a profile. Log into that profile first, load the roster, log out. Log into your main profile, save the rosters. Viola!
Edit: When you open the program(USB Xtaf Gui Vers) after it has been updated, and after you "Open Drive" under the file system(FYI, copy something from NCAA over first, its easier that way), the left side will say Cache Partition & Data Partition. Click "Data", "Content", "E000....", then "45410900" and "00000001". On the right side it will show the whatever NCAA files you have already put on there. Drag and drop my friends.
Edit#2: For those w/o access to the live update that allows usb drives, here is the xport version of the files.

Remember, sign into the dummy "player1" profile first.
