Questions about online dynasty I have

I set up my own online dynasty by myself and now I am starting to have some question marks that concern me. If anyone know the answers to any of these questions, please let me know.

1. This is my major Dynasty and I am not saying I want it online forever. I remember last year there was a option to converty a Dynasty from online to offline if you wanted to. I can not find out how to do this on NCAA 11.

2. Do teams still give offers in the Online Dynasty. Like if I do well with a 3* program like Purdue would a hight prestige program give offers for me to switch if I ever wanted to change from Purdue.

3. Are conference changes still in Online Dynasty. Such as using the Utah Utes, doing well and moving on to the Pac-10.

4. Are there any other signficant chances that occur that are negative when doing a dynasty Online instead of the normal Offline way I usually do it.

You can't change it offline, if it's online it has to stay as online forever.

There are no conference invites online.

1. it was taken out. whether it was to stop the cheating/exploits, or it was because the dynasty wire feature made them incompatible, I don't know.

2. no job offers, and you can't be fired.

3. no conference invites

4. other than the job offers/firing and conference invites, not sure.

Apparently you can't chat with everyone in the online dynasty menu like last year.

Ahhh, thanks for the swift reply guys.

man, and guys I am going to have to start my dynasty over and do it offline. At least I learned this early and did not get to far into it.
