Here are my results and thoughts. I played Stanford (B+) at Ohio State (A), I was the Buckeyes at home. I expected a game where the Buckeyes would pull ahead toward the end of the game and be able to run the ball. I got a good game, the CPU was very tough and Andrew Luck (94 OVR) was fantastic on the Stanford offense. I struggled to run the ball in the first half, but turned it on in the second half a little bit, but it was to late. Keep in mind I gave up a very short field for a TD on a muffed punt.

Standford Team Ohio State
31 Score 24
13 1st Downs 9
347 Total Offense 308
29-67-2 Rush - Yards - TD 27-100-2
23-26-1 Comp - Att - TD 9-14 208
7-13 3rd Down Conv 1-8
1 Int 0
0 Fumble 2
24:00 TOP 17:04

Obviously what killed me was my inability to do anything on 3rd down, that will come as I get better. Also, the total plays and yardage were low. I think going to 9 minute quarters would be better (the clock is faster this year). Running was damn hard, until late in the game. I'm not sure if that was fatigue or luck. They didn't run the ball exceptionally well, but there are 4 sacks per side in there, AND Ohio State's run defense is beast.

Andrew Luck was very good, stepping up and making smart throws.
