Do people still think the players wearing pads in the game should have some sort of effect on their performance in-game? Is there some sort of non-pad mode we could compare it to even if it did matter?

If so, I know a guy wondering why the players speeds aren't affected by turf vs. natural grass...and you can't get behind him.
