There is a difference in a standing still 40 with acc at 0. I just put the rec on the 40 and timed them in instant replay. Got a 3.91 with 99/99 and a 4.1 with 99/0. I just feel like a 0 rating should be more noticeable. If not for the replay, I wouldn't have noticed at all. You were right about THAT the whole time, but I stand behind that my game is finally playing awesome on fast with the highest spd on the field at 70. It may be playing better since I also maxed acc for all players, so it doesn't have to factor that rating I guess.
