Based on your username I'm taking a guess that you are a PS3 owner.

If that is the case, even if the Madden demo comes to the European PSN Store it only updates on Wednesdays while the US PSN Store updates on Tuesdays. So if you want to get the demo as soon as possible, create a PSN US account.

I think I'll do that, I'm a little old fashioned when it comes to these things and I do have a UK account. So having multiple accounts will not lead me to being probed by Big Bob in Guantanamo?

You're safe. When they don't want those "dummy" accounts to access content from another store, they do an IP check (like they do with moves and some games promotions).

We got the demo in the UK last year..and I bought a code for the 5minute quarters demo off eBay for 2.99 as well

Hi bud, I'm almost 100% sure that we didn't get it in the UK, on the 360 at least. I just checked on the marketplace and there's no demo available for 10. Also did a quick google and found this.

My bad papi, now I come to think of it what made me say it is that I had it on my ps3 but I must have made a US account. On my 360 I had the cardinals steelers one through a code. Lets hope the UK gets it on 360 then..I've made too many accounts over the years so I no longer get free gold when I make a new one!

I'm doubtful that we'll get the demo in the UK. even if we do, I don't think it will be until after the game's out. Incidentally, when is it out here? Shoptos website says it's the 4th, could it be possible that we get the game on the Friday BEFORE the US? That would be pretty hilarious. Don't get me wrong though, I'm sure they've just made a mistake, I'm not expecting it until the 13th at the earliest.

UK release date is 13th August according to Amazon and Tothegame.com - which is very reliable.

I too don't expect the demo to be released here - which is a shame as I wanted to start work on the sliders early.

Still not long to go.

I wonder if Playstation Plus owner's will be able to get the demo early. I know Kane and Lynch Demo was available early for Playstation Plus members. Would be cool if it was.

I wouldn't worry, any sliders you come up with would have to be adjusted after the first patch to fix all the inevitable glaring errors.
