How about a longest yard prison league game. You could have 60+ teams in different leagues with a national champ. And unlike college you could have playoff.
Some highlights
-you could make seasons as long or short as you want
-you could adjust rules and have a no rules prison yard mode
-you would recruit from your own prison or transfer players from other prisons when you get enough prestige
-you would lose players to getting shanked and parole (but the could come back)
-Simple playbooks
-bring former stars such as Maurice Clarret and Travis Henry back to the gridiron

-cheerleaders would be trannys
-Most of the good players would have college experiance and that means the would likely be from Louisville or the VOLs
