Yeah to each is own. Cause personally I think the passing sliders he has it is too easy to pass (currently have mine on 35 for QB accuracy and 40 for pass blocking). Like I said in a previous thread sliders are meant to go around the way you play the game. Make the game harder against your strengths and a little easier against your weakness to make it a complete game.

Finished my third year in dynasty with Cincinnati and with a 70 overall QB and a team overall of a C+ still had over a 1,000 yard rusher (he was a 94 overall and missed 4 games) and my QB Kater had these stats:

159.1 rating, 98-198, 2,052 yards, 19TD's and 9 INT's and was sacked 8 times (he too missed a couple games due to injury)

Yes I am using Matt's sliders but even I have been tweaking them after each year to make it harder for me. I am having very completive games (again to tweaking after a year cause I know what needs to change).

First Game Stats using Matt's sliders with a 60-75 (Human Run Block/CPU Run Block Defense Ratio). Matt's default "ratio" is 60-40.

First Game using a 60-75 ratio.

      Michigan (ME)
      QB>3-4, 21 yards, 0 TDs, 0 INTs
      HB#1> 28 rushes,164 yards, 1 TD, (5.8)
      HB#2>10 rushes, 124 yards, 3 TDs (12.4)

      Memphis (CPU)
      QB> 7-17, 64 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs
      HB#1> 12 rushes, 54 yards, 0 TD, (4.5)
      HB#2> 6 carries, -5 yards (-0.8)

Second Game using a 35-75 ratio.

      Michigan (ME)
      QB-6-15, 79 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs
      HB#1-15 rushes, 25 yards, (1.6 )

      Memphis (CPU)
      QB-19-25, 170 yards, 3 TDd, 1 INT
      HB#1-12 rushes, 48 yards

Both games were played at Memphis. Michigan is a "B" overall, Memphis is a "C" overall.

So running game wise 60-75 is way too easy and 35-75 is way too hard, at least for me. At least I know that there should be a happy balance somewhere in between.
I set mine at 40/70 to start this year so I will tell you how it is going in my dynasty. I have basically no running backs at all so it might be a little rough though.

My next game will be 40/70 with these same two teams.

IF you leave feedback - please state which slider set you used. There are two, the originals and the modded. I'm bouncing back and forth to be honest - not 100% happy with the modded.

While it takes away the counter exploit - it still makes the CPU QB almost Robo. I don't want that.

With that said, I've decided to go back to the originals, I will keep it in my gameplan to not use counter plays more than once in a quarter - that should be a good house rule.

Removing the modded set as well, it wasn't that much of a change - so guys who needed that, just reduce RBL for user to below 30.

Sounds like you guys having trouble with these need to move down to AA. IMO Heisman plays a great game with the first set of these sliders.

Just finished my first game of the season.

              #3 Ohio State (B+ overall) @ #17 Cincinnati (C+ overall)
              Score: 7 - 17
              First Downs: 10 - 7
              Total Offense: 204 - 231
              Rushes: 28-43-1 - 20-79-1 (73 yard TD run)
              Passing: 13-22-0 - 6-23-1
              Passing: 161 - 152
              3rd Down: 2-12 - 5-11
              4th Down: 1-3 - 0-0
              Redzone: 3-1-0 - 1-0-1
              Turnovers: 0 - 1 (fumble)

Overall was a very tight game. Basically was a field position game. Their run game was worst than mine although all mine yards came on the TD run. It did seem like the defense line seem to get in faster. It looked as if the linemen would let go of their block to get to the second level. I didn't expect much from my running game (TD run was up the middle on a 1st-and-10) since my tailback is an 80 with 81 speed and 82 acc. First time I haven't had a back with at least 90 speed and acc.

I run with these sliders, but changed my Run Block to 50 and the CPU Rush D to 100, as mentioned on another thread this gives you much better animations, not so much suction blocking, or D linemen throwing your O linemen to the side. I just got done playing Miami in my second year of my Dynasty, their defense is a A- and my offense is an A+, my runningback averaged 4.6 a carry which seems pretty fair, but the D had a hard time stopping the option with Pryor so I have lowered the run block to 45, but I think this is much smoother. I also lowered Hum pass covg to 50 as Harris was only 18 of 35 for 205. The reason I lowered it is that I do not have a corner that is over 88 so the Harris should have been able to pass a little better against me.

I am sticking with the modded sliders. I like the competition ive been getting, lots of defensive battles. Somehow, though, i threw for over 500 yards with Michigan & Tate Forcier against Wisconsin! But lost, haha

I play on Xbox with these and get good results. The system you play on should not have any effect, it is the same game engine and rating system on both platforms.

I also play on the 360 and it looks good for me. Even if I had to make a couple of adjustments myself just cause of how I play and lower the stuff that are my strengths. Matt's sliders were a great starting point for me to use.

JayBee I don't know how you are going on the 40/60 but I am doing horrible. I did finally lose my first game though which came at the hands of #6 Penn State.

Had 20 rushes for 83 yards and 1 TD rushing. It was either a 3 yard loss or an 8 yard run. I know I don't have a running back, and those stats are nice to have, but I am thinking of trying yours 20/40 but wanted to hear what you though of the 40/60 first.

I think this is too low for hum and ai. Also, the CPU fg power is too high and the hum fg accuracy is way too low at 0. Anything beyond an extra point curves almost 90 degrees mid flight. Other than that I think they're right on. Good job Matt.
Actually the CPU fg power should be 0 and the punt power as well. They still make long field goals with it at 0 as I've seen them made from 53 yards with no wind.Punt averages are correct also, but I like punt accuracy at 90.Too many shanked punts at 80 or below.
