I happens when going to view recruits, of standings, or "insert area of the game here." Its pretty bad right now with the freezing in dynasty mode.

UPDATE:
And like you I wondered if it was my 360 that was the issue so I played it on a coworkers new Slim 360 and it did the same thing. It always happens when trying to load some screen.
