Who are some of the 'underrated' teams to play with (mostly online)?

I've played about 25 online games, and about every single one of them with the Hokies. I'm trying to find a new, different team to play with, but I don't want to be one of the losers who plays with OSU, Bama, Texas, etc.

So, who are some of the more 'underrated' (not really underrated...more along the lines of unused) teams you know of that are good/fun to play with?

Personally, I enjoy playing with Wisconsin and Iowa. I know I know, that these two are definitely not underrated but they are fun to play with. Fits in with my game of running and time management real well.

Stanford has a really good squad this year, I might be biased, but you can't go wrong with a top 5 draft pick at QB. And one of the best offensive lines in the game.

I play with Wisconsin all the time; however, a team like Cal would be a solid team to play with online. Very good running game, decent enough defense in the 3-4. I like playing B or lower games online, I like seeing different teams from Miami, Texas, etc etc etc.

Wisconsin is awsome but not really under the radar.
Midd Tenn State if you like to pass and run from shotgun
Tulsa is another one i like
Washington is really good and underused

I just finished up a game with Wisky and won 21-17. John Clay is a beast. Fun team to play with.

I agree with Iowa and Stanford. I've played multiple games against those teams.

Guess I'll give Washington a go later.

Texas Tech. Sheffield (QB#1) has 95 throw accuracy, their RB is a 91, and their receivers are 92, 87, 86, and 84. Their defense is surprisingly solid although lacking speed.

I have had some fun with Baylor. They aren't great but the offense is sure fun to run. Griffin (QB) is a very good passer and very quick. 91 speed rating I believe with agility and acceleration both in the 80s.

I'll second Stanford. Andrew Luck is cheating, and the supporting cast around him is pretty decent. You'll put up points, that's for sure.

I suggest Wisconsin. Solid running game with a great O-Line, and a decent Big 10 defense.

The MOST underrated/underused team(s) on the game are Rutgers, Pitt, Clemson and Utah..but I play with about 10-15 teams online...depending on if I feel like passing or running...

Oregon State

Running:
Pitt
Ga. Tech
Michigan (not a "running" team IRL but I LOVE them using flexbone pb..they have fast QBs + capable RBs)
Navy (if yu can get someone to play with a B/B- team)
Clemson (see Michigan...plus a very good Defense, great D-Line and Safeties)
North Carolina
Michigan State

Balanced:
Rutgers (IMO most underused team in the game)


Also, thought id see more of USC, FSU, OKLAHOMA AND FLORIDA. but it seems like online ppl only play with Bama, Ohio State, Texas, Oregon, Boise, LSU, Penn State, VT, Georgia and Miami.

USC's a beast in this game. They're ranked #13 but the ratings of their players would lead you to think they're number 4. They're just loaded everywhere.

And yet, like Florida, they always do bad in my dynastys..
I mean its been normal to see Minnesota beat them, year 1 or 2
I don't think the Gophers are there yet...
On topic: I second Georgia Tech.. always fun to run that option

Ole Miss is pretty good if you like running. If Brandon Bolden gets into open space he's gone. On top of that you have the Wild Rebel and a great Dline.

How's this for underrated, Nevada. They have a great QB, believe he is rated in the low to mid 90's, a couple good speedy WR's, and a good fast HB. Their defense is only slightly above average though. Saying that, I wouldn't recomend them for any online dynasties, because most of their good players are seniors, so they will go from being a B rated team to something in the neighborhood of a C or C+ team, so you would only have a one year window to work with. Plus they are only a 2* school so it would be hard as hell to regain some of that talent you will lose. But I would definitely recommend them for a ranked online game expierement. Boise State is good on this game too.
