In my 2nd year with Virginia (19-7), I got two offers. One from Tenn and another from ND. I couldn't pass the shot to take my Air Raid attack to the Rocky Top!

Well, you can't go wrong with either of the two. Let's be honest, Virginia just doesn't compare to those two programs.

I took ULL from 4-8 to 10-2 in 2 years, then was offered by Tennessee (after they went 1-11). I also headed to Rocky Top, and upon winning the National Championship 3 or 4 years in, I declined Ohio State and Florida State, because I wanted to stay and finish the careers of some of the recruits I fought so hard to get.

ya, I don't have to no choice to go to SEC. Virginia is one of my school I follow but, come on. I am going to work up to my all time favorite school which is Nebraska!

I started at san diego state had 4 up an down seasons, accidentally accepted a ULL job(the game auto saved dammit) but i kept going cuz i worked too hard to throw it all away. Simmed two seasons and took a big time program job at Ole Miss. (By this time the competition across the country was super watered down) won a national championship year one at Ole Miss and jumped on an offer. Leaving a nation championship team in mississippi.

Interviewer: The answer to the question everybody wants to know, Coach M, whats your decision?
Coach M: "Um in this fall, man this is really tough. Um in this fall Ima take my talents to South California and ah join the USC Trojans
Interviewer: The USC Trojans? That was the conclusion you woke up with this morning?
Coach M: That was the conclusion that i woke up with this morning.

3 Maxwells, 2 thorpes, 2 Obriens, 4 Lombardis, 4 walkers, 1 heisman winner and 3 national championships (one snub) later I dont regret it.

I created my Alma Matter - took them to the Rose Bowl after my second year(and won)....and promptly left for Georgia. I am such a heel I know.

I have been searching the board for an answer to this question, and can't find one.

I would like run my personal Dynasty as an OD so I can recruit etc. online, but if there is no hiring/firing in OD then I'll do it Offline.

Can anyone help us out with this?

EDIT: I found the info. No hiring/firing/job offers in OD, and no conference change invites in OD, either (lame).

Not in my current dynasty. I am having a good time trying to get TAMU above OU and TU. Its quite the battle every year.

I don't ever take job offers they're for the most part really unrealistic going from I don't know Tulane to somewhere like FSU

I went with my fav the Buffalo Bulls and I do plan on leaving. I make a set of things I do before I leave such as: Win Conference 3 times, Join new conference and win the conference, win a National Championship, produce a Heisman winner, Go undefeated, and make program 6 stars. Progress is well, I raised em two stars. I got job offers from Texas and Florida but couldn't accept. I think I got the offers because I won coach of the year that year.
