Pass coverage effects how well the defend stays with the receiver in coverage (too high, and the defender runs ever route in front of the receiver, too low and the defender gets lost on every cut.

Interceptions affects how aggressively the DB plays the ball when it's in the air. They will have stickier hands, but they'll also pull off superhuman plays if it's up too high. 50 and higher will cause them to pull off the over the shoulder interception in one on one coverage (annoying).
