    Domonic Brown Stance

I made a list of the best stances for newly promoted OF of the Phillies Dom Brown. I used videos from MLB.com

Stances that are closest are Doumit, Peralta, Braun, Gutierrez, and Buck.

    I went with Doumit.

I tried using Bobby Abreu's stance. Doesn't look too bad. I'm gonna check out the ones you suggested as well.

no dis bro, but Doumit is not good at all...he leans in wayyy too far..
Peralta's posture is wrong, Braun is too open and the back arm angle is lower, Gutierrez' body--top half--is twisted in too much and that excessive body movement is crazy.....

It'll be either Buck or E. V. Gonzalez

You are aware Gen 28 isnt even remotely close to Dom Browns stance right lol?

                  @ReyesSantana

bruh....I said the same thing last night....
replies like that one, CONFIRM what some of us...and certainly me...have known for a long time...

and that is...there are those who post on the stance/delivery threads who OBVIOUSLY don't watch a damn thing...and when you read some of these choices, it's worse than unbelieveable...you truly wonder what in the heck are they looking at...

Generic 72 looks pretty good. its not too open and it holds the hands high and back which is pretty much where his are as he starts his swing. the knees might be bent a little much but he still sits pretty low in real life considering how tall he is

EVERY year the game comes out..and EVERYTIME on the batting stance thread, I read the same "I'm only a kid" response...
At 14...last I checked, you are considered a teen.....

                          that's all well and good...

understand one thing...it's NEVER about being "mean"
But ALWAYS about getting "it" correct...

your making it sound like every thing has to be perfect in the game but isnt what were taught when we grow up nothings perfect like me for an example i made a mistake and next time before i post a stance or motion ill do more research.

YOU are missing the point. Most of us on here...on the SCEA boards, know from jump, every year, that perfection AIN'T happening.

And if you've read the near endless amount of postings regarding stances and deliveries, there is NO perfection...

So when I say it's about getting "it" right...that's as in....
the closest possible stance or delivery, considering the limited options we have....

                              Nothing more, nothing less
