WOW... Gameflow is cool even though some of the plays aren't exactly what I would have picked. There seem to be new animations too. I definitely digging the game. It will be purchased.

After playing the demo, I have a few questions -

1) Can the strategy guide option be turned off in the final version?
2) Can the voice/text that says what you're going to do on each play be turned off in the final version?
3) Can Gameflow be turned off in the final version?

Love it. Game speed and locomotion are great. Ball trajectory is good. Hit stick is toned way down. Lots to like.

I am suprised no one is complaining about the crowd audio. Anyone with 5.1 surrond has got to realize it sounds like crap. Pasterpadre was one of the few that mentioned that it ruins the game atmosphere. What i am talking about is the total silence of crowd noise when teams line up for a play. I have the stupid coordinator turned off and it sounds like your team is playing in a studio with 2 or 3 people screaming before the snap. If this is not fixed in the final version then i will not purchase. Also when playing defense before a play there is a bass rumble which is triggered for a few seconds before the snap which is very annoying. Anyone with a subwoofer will know what i am talking about. Please fix these audio issues.

As has been stated repeatedly, the audio is roughly 6 weeks old, and has been SEVERELY reduced for demo size.

Anyone else have a problem with the pass D. It seems that pass D is just way to hard especially on All Madden. I had Revis get burned so badly in both man and zone coverage. The pass D seems to play slightly better on all-pro though.

After bashing the demo repeatedly since Tuesday's release I fired this puppy up tonight and something "CLICKED". I am digging this demo.

I put all 1st impressions aside and just decided to play the game with everything turned on and using the OFF/DEF Cood calling the plays and fellows I had a blast. What EA did is really amazing.

It's like a whole new Madden exp for me. Looking forward to getting this baby early next week.

Hell no, unlike NCAA I will not be giving impressions. Just gonna play the game and enjoy it and if I feel like shedding some info it will be on me. Lol!!!!

Did this demo take forever to download to anyone else?? I usually can speed through but this took like 3 or so hours to download it was brutal.

visually the game is noticeably better than madden 10. Animations look a lot smoother as well. However i still get that skating feeling when I watch the players fly around. that's a cosmetic flaw in my mind and doesn't bother me quite that much.

Gus Johnson adds nothing to the game. hearing his voice didn't make me enjoy the game any more. side note, there is play by play and then there is color commentary. Gus oversteps his bounds. Collinsworth was great last year as the "color" guy and now feels very uninspired.

playing against the computer really makes it difficult to determine if flat issues and man alignment functionality have been fixed. Man defense however did feel a little more effective in the demo.

Kick meter is wack. There is no difficulty or challenge there.

I don't like game flow. Now that i've tried it out, it absolutely feels like "ask madden" 2.0. Now maybe i missed something but I thought gameflow will be almost like me having a coaches card for down and distance situations. seems like game flow is designed to let me build the coaches card but does not allow me to choose my own plays. It did speed my game up but I'm not sure I want to play the game that way. takes the strategy out of the game and thats what football is supposed to be about.

I will most likely pass on this game for a couple reasons. #1 I feel like i wasted my money last year 2. I can't see enough improvement in the demo to warrant a back to back purchase 3. the game was just boring to me. Maybe i'm just not into madden anymore but i didn't really have much fun playing the demo

The new madden is awesome. I like that only one player can tackle at a time, 'cause then I have less to worry about. The colors are great and the play by play is loud and keeps you on the edge of your seat. I'm glad the crowd is not so loud 'cause that is a distraction. Especially late in the game. I would like to see better equipment though. Maybe some team color hand towels or player specific shoes.

It took me about 20-25 minutes to download it. I thought it was a bit slow, but when I read that it took you three hours, I realized that I had nothing to complain about. That's odd.

No, that's accurate. Manning never takes his shoulder pads off.

The funny thing though is that Peyton is much bigger when he get's off the bus as compared to the model in full pads lol. I can't, with these player models.
