Re: custom arena music for ps3?
Nothing has been announced but I can't see why they couldn't make it a feature on both the PS3 and PC.What we know so far about NBA 2K14 - FAQ/QA:

Re: custom arena music for ps3?
It should be mandatory at this point. In terms of sales the PS3 is only 3 million behind the Xbox and the online is getting better. By the end of the year at this rate the Ps3 will be the leading platform of the two. Can't leave the many people out on any feature no matter the scale of actual importance.Comment

Re: custom arena music for ps3?
microsoft has a patent for custom in game sound tracks, it will probably never come to the PS3Comment

Pared said that it's on the docket for 2K11, and Pared usually knows his stuff.Comment

Sounds good. I hope they also got rid of those damn Jagged Edges on the Ps3 version. Its about the only game on the market that doesn't software anti alias on the machine.Comment

I'm saying that Pared said it was on the docket for 2K11. I don't know if it's in for sure or not, but if they have the time and resources, it will be in.
EDIT: This is the post I was referencing:
