I really like the new "gather" mechanic. Where whoever catches the ball has a period of time to gather the ball. If a player has a high focus rating it takes that player less time to make the catch. But, if the defender hits the receiver before that time it results in a drop. That is so realistic.

i have to agree. a great way to display a receivers catching attributes.

Deftfun,,, I think the glace button for the Qb/Rb will be a good add also the beat the action button to get your balance will really help

It shows that the dedication and integrity at NatualMotion is top-notch.This should go a long way to us avid sports gamers who had to put up with alot of empty promises and unfixed problems in many games.

Amen. Whether or not Backbreaker delivers the goods post-patch (though this is entirely debatable), it is refreshing to see guys trying to put up. If this patch turns this game around, these guys are getting my dollars.

Yeah, that is a great feature too. To me that was one of the most frustrating thing about the game. You had no idea that someone was coming from the weak side. I expected that there would be a rumble feature or something, but to glance quick in that direction is even better.

I was playing the demo for 2 days when i got the RROD, this patch is gonna be enough incentive to buy an arcade and a new copy of Backbreaker

I am buying a new copy... The time and effort this team took to give us pretty much everything we want is just outstanding... Now I only need to find out what I need to get NFL teams transferred from the file downloads.. I have the New 360 S... Great job guys... I am liking the demo but this just pushed me over the edge... Will have the game if I can find it tomorrow.

Wow, that is one impressive and extensive list. Glad I held onto my copy, every single fix I was looking for is on that list and then some.

Completely sidetracked by the addition of that many new plays/formations, really wasn't expecting that. That is the cherry on top.

Kudos to the devs going all out on the patch.

Now I can finally open my copy of Backbreaker. Got it sitting sealed right next to me TV since the game launched. After reading all the problems I felt no reason to play the game until it was fixed. Now it sounds playable and I"m hyped.

To be honest I'm glad I waited. I would of only been upset and frustrated playing the game in it's release state.

This patch plus having the all NFL teams roster makes this probably my Madden killer this year. Patch patch patch..im like a kid waiting for his xmas presents
