This would be needed for both games. I've alot of players where the player is right in front of the ballhandler and does not attempt a tackle. even if u hit the tackle button it has a delay sometime. I think this is something to add in the future. you control your player to the right angle and when in close he should automatic attempt a tackle.

It has something to do with the AI. It is terrible.
Once the AI assigns someone to make a tackle, the other guys just start bouncing off or not responding like he isn't there. -

When you run into a player it does automatically tackle them. I never press X to tackle anybody because thats a Dive tackle and to me thats only needed in desperate situations like when you have no chance at getting any closer to the ball carrier.

The way the tackling is in M11 brings us back 10 yrs....One on One? Didnt we have 2 man tackles and consecutive hits in madden 98? I might be wrong, but it was sometime there about.
