Is anybody else having the CPU QB turn into John Elway the last 2 min of games?
Unbeleivable how many times this has happened to me. I just played a game where the Kent St. QB went 8 for 8 the last two mins of the game (I counted), shrugged off sacks, and made some crazy throws. If this happened half the time, I wouldn't complain as much. But this happens nearly EVERY time.

Are you playing on Heisman, some people say the CPU cheats on Heisman.Florida State | Carolina Panthers | LA Lakers -

The lack of Robo-QB this year is one of the most noticeable improvements in this game IMO. I don't see this at all but I'm on All-American."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

I've not seen it at all, I play on All-American. I'll bet the OP is on Heisman. If so, that's the reason.Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Re: Is anybody else having the CPU QB turn into John Elway the last 2 min of games?
I have had QB have great games against me and bad ones.. Last night in my 3rd season with Miami in the last week of my season 11-0 rank #1 I knock Matt Barkley out on the first drive of the game against USC just to have his 78 rated back up QB come in and throw four TD passes against me and beat me 41-13 and killed my chance at the NC.. I think its pretty random just like in real life every so often a no-name QB will be in the "zone" and light up your D.. and some so-called superstars like Ponder in my first season angains FSU He went 13-31 for 171 yards and 3 picks... I think its perfect and you need ot learn to adjust to what happen on the field wheather its the last 2 min. or the first drive..."Thank you EA for a Great Football Game""Eli you are one tough SOB"Comment

Yes, absolutely. The aerial attack the computer puts to use in the two minute drill is insanely hard to defend.
EDIT: I play on All-American with some slider adjustments. The Last of Us is the Citizen Kane of video-games. It is better than every game that has ever come before it, and is the new benchmark for all games to follow. It is nothing short of a work of art.Comment

Maybe it's the defense I play, but I always seem to go up against QB's that are insanely accurate. For example I might win 35-14, but the opposing Qb will be 25-28 250yrds and 2 TD.Comment

Re: Is anybody else having the CPU QB turn into John Elway the last 2 min of games?
It should not happen all the time, but it is certainly something that happens in real life in games. Look at how crazy games get in the last few minutes. Just look at the Texas vs Texas Tech game from a couple years ago.
I see quite a few games over the coarse of a season where I just shake my head wondering how a game where teams were kept in check all game all of a sudden can't be stopped half way through the 4th quarter, and games go from 14-7 to 35-31 by the end.Comment

Yep. Nothing more frustrating when a QB who went 7 for 23 with 3 picks for the whole game turns into the second coming during the fourth quarter of a close game. Just had another game where it happened. Very disappointing. It should not happen all the time, but it is certainly something that happens in real life in games. Personally, I think it's awesome. I love it when the CPU turns it on down the stretch.Comment

I haven't really seen 'robo QB' since NCAA '09 and so far in NCAA 11, I have not seen it either.Comment

Re: Is anybody else having the CPU QB turn into John Elway the last 2 min of games?
I had some mean comeback AI in my OD against UGA.
There was one play where the QB sat in the pocket for 10 seconds, and delivered a long lob on a comeback route to a wide open WR. Then the QB made some ballerina moves to get a pretty big gain. They both were in the first half though. The real fun part was when I had them 4th and 20, the last chance in the 4th for them to win, and I used my final timeout to rest my defense. The QB passes to a wide open FB 17 yards down the field, then the FB breaks a tackle, and goes out of bounds a half inch short of the 1st down marker. Only, the game gave them the 1st down, and I couldn't challenge on account of no timeouts. Then the CPU delivers a TD pass in the waning seconds in the back of the endzone. So they tied it, and the game went to OT. First play, my RB fumbles, and the CPU decides to **** with me and actually DRIVES to get the touchdown rather than going for the FG upon possession. They throw a TD pass and win.
And the final insult, the game makes that my #1 greatest of all time. Greatness score: around 1450. I got revenge though: beat them down 40-23 in my UF offline dynasty. Hell yea. Then I was rewarded by losing a spot in all 3 polls. lol.Comment
