I'm a little confused about the post about the role awareness plays on the field. I was under the impression that awareness was THE key rating in a players ability to do everything. The post earlier seemed to indicate that it was all the position specific ratings that made the most impact and awareness was simply for sim purposes.

If that is the case, that would be a pretty significant piece of information. Does that mean that a user v. user game would make the Awareness rating meaningless. If the awareness rating serves only for sim and overall numeric rating purposes, but not on the field purposes, then maybe it is safe to say that the overall rating of a player is a fake number. A player with very high awareness but otherwise low position specific ratings could theoretically be much higher rated than a younger player with no awareness but very good position specific ratings... even though the younger player would perform much better on the field.

I apologize if that doesn't make sense, I am just a bit confused by the comment earlier about awareness and was trying to work through what it meant.
