I know I say this a lot, but this game was a lot closer than the score shows. Ohio State had the lead all of the first half, until Michigan tied it up with a little less than a minute to go in the half.

The 3rd quarter, we saw both team's defenses playing exceptionally well, with Michigan putting three points up on the board, that's it.

Fourth quarter, Ohio State scored quickly with a rushing touchdown. After that, Michigan got the ball, drive down the field, and scored off of a 30-yard Austin White rush. Michigan held Ohio State, quickly go the ball back, and scored against with Austin White, putting the Wolverines up by 10.

After the kickoff, we sacked Ohio State's quarterback, causing him to fumble. Michigan's Corey Miller took the fumble back 14-yards, for another touchdown, making the score 41-24. Michigan's defense definitely did their job today.

Another major headline of this game, was Devin Gardner, who threw five, you heard me right, FIVE, interceptions. Like I've been saying all year, we've been committing too many turnovers. Way too many! This is just an example.

Next week, we travel to Florida, to face the Gators in the Swamp. This should be another close game. Although the Gators aren't ranked, playing in the Swamp is hard enough. If we get get a win over Florida, it looks like we've locked our spot in our third consecutive National Championship game.

Game Notes by Matt Lytle [from Lytle Sports Blog]

In what was one of the best games I've ever seen, Michigan held on to defeat Florida in overtime! Florida dominated the first half, scoring 14 unanswered points. Michigan just couldn't seem to do anything right.

Devin Gardner threw three interceptions, which prompted Coach Rich Rodriguez to pull him, and play freshman Chris Bobo. Bobo has come in and played very well each time that Gardner seems to play bad.

After the half, Michigan and Florida held each other scoreless in the third quarter. In the fourth, Michigan finally rallied back, scoring 14 unanswered points of their own, to tie the game up.

The Wolverines had the ball with time winding down, and tried for a long pass into the endzone, which was bobbled, sending the game to overtime.

Michigan lost the coin toss in the beginning of overtime, and Florida picked to be on defense first. It didn't take long for Michigan to score, Chris Bobo hitting Jermaine Nelson for a touchdown. Michigan defense then held Florida, to win the game.

Corey Miller looked impressive, forcing three fumbles, and sacking Florida's quarterback four times!

It looks as if Michigan will play in the National Championship, going undefeated yet again this year! It also looks like they will get the Big Ten Championship, hands down.

Yeah, really didn't figure I would, in the beginning of that Florida game! That was tough.

For some reason, it's like a curse, who ever starts at quarterback, throws so many picks, and the guy who comes in after him, does better.

This year I've been doing horrible with turnovers. I think my turnover difference is something like -7. It's bad. Devin throws INTs all the time. And my guys muff punts, and fumble sometimes.

Michigan definitely had their hands full again today. If it wasn't for Austin White, and his awesome running, I doubt Michigan would have been able to pull it out. Devin Gardner had an uneventful game, only throwing for 45 yards, and two interceptions. Chris Bobo also threw an INT.
Because the quarterbacks couldn't get into a groove, the wide receivers were left with little to no stats on the night.
The Hurricanes looked very strong early on, but Michigan stayed in the game, and continued putting points on the boards from the second quarter on.
Michigan is the National Champions for the third year in a row! What a great time for the Wolverines! I'd like to congratulation the Michigan Wolverines, and Coach Rich Rodriguez. I can't wait to see what they can do next year. Should be interesting, with Devin Gardner now on his way out, and Chris Bobo taking over under center.

Congrats on another National Title. Looking forward to see if BSU can get Revenge. What kind of roster do they have now. Did they land a good QB to replace Moore

I'll check and see when I play next.

I'm a little worried about my roster. We have a lot of C's and a few D's on the roster.

I played my first game last night, and spanked Mississippi Valley State, but that was a give me.

I'm also going to change it up. I think I'll only post the box score unless the game is very important, or very close.

BOOM! Nothing like taking down Florida AND Miami in consecutive games!

                          Awesome... Simply awesome.

Ann Arbor will be the place to be for almost every recruit.

Yeah, it's been fun. But this season I can see some problems. I just don't think my roster is as strong as it has been. Although Devin Gardner seemed to be cursed, because he threw way more INTs than TDs. This Chris Bobo guy (no I didn't make up the name), hasn't been fairing too bad though. He had four total touchdowns this game, 3 passing, 1 rushing. But we were playing Mississippi Valley State...
