Will there be a record setting losing team in 2010-2011?

    Cleveland and Toronto look abysmal.

Toronto maybe even more so considering how they tried to trade away their starting point guard only to have it fall through. If Jose stays not sure how that dynamic plays out.

I think they might challenge New Jersey's 12 wins of last year.

    Not even close

Cleveland sucks as far as making the playoffs but Jamison, Mo, Ho, Gibson, Sessions, Hickson, and Parker will be enough for 25-35 wins.

    Ditto for Toronto.

For 12 wins you need a talentless team with major injuries.

I agree about the "not even close" for those two teams, except I think Cleveland has a little bit more in them. Maybe 30-35 wins.

I don't think any team will ever break New Jersey's great achievement.

They're going to be bad, not horrible. They'll be the worst in the West, but 3 or 4 Eastern Conference teams will be worse.

Come on now. 12 wins wasn't even the lowest amount of wins ever in the NBA. It was 9 by the 76ers.

Well I actually do think Minny has a chance at it as well. They only won 15 games last year and at best made lateral moves in the off-season.

They lost Al, Sessions, Hollins and Gomes but added Wes Johnson, Webster, Beasely and Luke Ridinour.

Getting Love back healthy should help them out but they never quite used him correctly anyway.

They think they're going to go "uptempo" this year by shipping Al out, but with the players they have I don't really see them overpowering the opposition with a lineup of:

                      Flynn/Brewer/Webster/Love/Darko

They're in for another season of failure. Kurt is not a head coach on any level.

Yes the Twolves will be very bad. But not record setting.

What makes you think they will win more games than last year? Just wondering.

They won 15 games last year and this year they lost their best player and will need to work in 4 new rotation players. Two of those four players could be starters [Johnson, a rookie and Webster]. I also wager you couldn't name their backup center off the top of your head.

Having Darko as your full time starting center.... that should be interesting.

Kurt trying to now incorporate a "running" scheme into his "triangle" sets should be equally as interesting. Not to mention he can't coach worth a lick.

Limited talent, bad coach, bad GM, I doubt the fans care much: table is set for them to have a terrible season once again.

Kurt is a fine coach. His players (and GM) are horrendous. Minnesota would make Jerry Sloan and Phil Jackson look bad.

If New Jersey last year couldn't do it I don't think anyone will this year. Nowadays theres too many back to backs and too many times teams come in and play uninterested against bad teams for the record to be broken.
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"
