    Transfer Issue, it's way too low in dynasty

    I've did extensive research on the amount of transfers happening in dynasty mode. Here's a snippet from some of my findings;

    Year 2015 transfers;

    LOLB 76ovr Clemson to Ohio (seems right)
    HB 76ovr LSU to NMSU (that's cool)
    DT 78ovr LSU to UTEP (that will work)
    SS 78ovr ORE to WSU (right on)
    TE 75ovr ASU to HAW (Makes sense)
    LOLB 79ovr OkSt to FLOR (WTF!)
    RT 79ovr OKL to NEB (Oh hell!)

    That's it, that's all the transfers in the year 2015.. This happens all to often throughout the life of the dynasty and it's helping with the problem of depth with smaller schools.

    I really hope they can fix this problem and the depth chart issue.

    If they can do that, this could be the GOTY.

    Re: Transfer Issue, it's way too low in dynasty

    I had a dynasty year where I got 4 transfers alone. So I think you should check out more than just one season.

    Secondly, we don't know the "circumstances" of the transfers in the video game besides our own, so how can we second guess a transfer location?

    I just think it's way subjective.

      This is happening all to frequient and it's helping with the problem of small school depth. There's just not enough players transfering from Big schools to Smaller ones.

          In real life what % of tranfers go to from a FBS school to FCS or lower?

            After my first season, I saw 3 players transfer to Alabama from places like Georgia Tech and Northwestern. I had an Army dynasty on 09 and I lost a guy to Purdue...the schools they pick don't always make sense. There were probably 40 or so after year 1 for me though, I'd be ok with that number. Hopefully it doesn't go down as much as yours did.

              40 players transfered, in NCAA11?? I hardly can believe that, I just ran another season and had only 8 players transfer.. I'm in year 2017, maybe thats the difference.

              Could someone else help me test this?

                  The first year is perfect with transfers usually around 40 but after that your lucky to see 10 transfer. This could help with some of the hoarding of players at certain positions when you see teams with 5 QB signed. It also could give some of the smaller schools a chance at getting a good player. I hate seeing a team in year 4 or 5 with 4 of the top 15 QB in the nation.

                    In my 4th season with Kent, I got 5 transfers to my school. But I had just won the National Championship.

                      In addition to transfers, I wish the players that get cut didn't just disappear from the game. I wish they could clean this up or at least make it to where you can't over recruit.

                          I've always thought that cut freshmen should be the next season's juco class. It makes sense. Some guys would keep the school that cut them as their top school (to simulate players who signed and enrolled somewhere like Hargrave), and others would drop the school completely in true eff you style.

                            I just got 2 transfers after my second year with Washington State. I got what I needed too, a running back and a defensive tackle. I was pretty happy with that, I thought it was relatively realistic. I got the running back from USC and the defensive tackle from Cal.

                              I'm not actually refering to user teams, I'm speaking about transfers for all team. I feel its just to sparse and could be helping with the problem of low depth for small schools..

                              Sim acouple of years ahead with a test dynasty and look at the depth problem for smaller schools. Its still out of wack, even after 2 patches and tuner sets.

                              I'm really hoping they can fix this still, it would make this GOTY...
