I know ea didnt do too much to online franchise but come on man.This is why online franchise is not that good because you can just pick all the good free agents without no type of sacrifice.Guys come in franchise pick up 10 free agents like nothing.The beauty of running a franchise team is balancing a team and the cap.OH ya i think you should be able to include draft picks also when trading.
