For what it's worth, I read in another thread here that the copy of 2K11 Momentous Celtic worked with for this trailer was an older copy (as one would assume). Beluba, 2K worker, stated many progressions had been made in terms of accessory art since that version. While he only mentioned Jordan (hinting at inclusion of tongue and signature leg band) one could be led to believe more progress may be on the way for other players.

Correct accessories tends to hit me as something that's probably brushed up toward the end of the game creation cycle. Regardless, I always count on having to clean up my Pistons' accessories each year and it's not too big of a deal. If you're an online gamer, I feel where you're coming from. Hopefully the 2K Insider would be able to make the necessary adjustments.

Here's the quote, from the "Tongue Confirmed" thread: "The Tongue, among other things (including MJ's signature calf sleeve), wasn't in the build when Mo cut his video. The art team did a fantastic job with the virtual MJ, you guys will be pleased with the final look come retail."

So i can tell the 2k insider what the proper accesories are and he will update them or how does that work?
One more general question... Looks like u still cant wear the half calf sleeves with socks so I guess ill be putting white ankle braces on again?

I just don't like the overhead passing. Create passing animations and its going to be a perfect game

There are only 2 overhead passes in the video, and they were on the perimiter and it was the only type of pass that should've been used in that scenario. ex. quickly trying to swing the ball around.

Regarding the 2K Insider, I've never personally made requests but I think I saw a post in this thread where a poster said the Insider was, "kind of good" at seeing requests, checking the authenticity and making the necessary changes. Not too reassuring, but I took "kind of good" as being much better than, say, "dude sucks".

And the calf sleeves again are too early in the process to speculate on the final product. For instance, a 2K11 screen has been released where Carlos Boozer was missing a sock on his left leg. He wasn't wearing any accessories on that leg (i.e. no half calf sleeve, which would cause a missing sock last year). Instead, he was just missing one sock on a bare leg. So, while 2K historically seems to take a couple of years to catch up on the accessory front, I wouldn't make any final judgments just yet. I'm hoping the knee socks are back to normal.

Now I could see clearly Doc Rivers and Spud Webb (at the beginning, before the action starts). And that Piston white guy's number is 41...so I guess we don't have the real Bill Lamibeer (like someone has already mentioned).

Kinda funny how in a vid of nba legends and stars we have footage of Samuel Dalembert crushing a shot back down the court with a nasty block and Beno Udrih putting on a dribble clinic (on Terry Porter it looked like) for the sick dribble drive to jumper combo. Good to see some of the little guys getting some shine!

iggys celebration was nice

but after watching a crap load of nba games, the team runs out on the floor to embrace the player...jumping up and down and huddling around him.

2K added that in 2k10 when u win the finals, so hopefully its in regular season too

The more I look at this video the more I like it! I love that they have the "Jordan lean" when he gets low to get around a defender. In the video, he makes that Jordan face of determination (while doing the lean) then throws the behind the back pass, excellent!
